We’re proud to offer our customers free pickup from our fulfillment location in Toronto, Ontario. This page outlines how it works and what you need to know about our pickup policy. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

PICKUP ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION

We will send another email after 30 days to remind you. If orders are not picked up within 60 days of the pickup notification email's send date, they will automatically be converted to store credit.
