NON-REFUNDABLE!

We suggest that you carefully consider the colors you wish to purchase and conduct thorough research beforehand, as colors may differ slightly due to various factors such as lighting and screen settings. Additionally, please note that the names on products do not necessarily represent the features or colors of the products accurately.

Certain products are intended for professional use only and require specialized knowledge, training, and skills to be utilized correctly. We cannot be held accountable for any adverse reactions or improper usage. 

If you have any inquiries regarding a product or its color/finish, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always available to provide assistance.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All markdown items are final sales and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Due to hygiene reasons: Cuticle & Massage Oils, Face Maks, Fungus Treatment, Lashes, any used products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Unfortunately, we do NOT accept refund requests. If you are unsatisfied with your order and would like to return or exchange it, all returned products must be unused, new, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. Once we receive the items and verify that they are unused and undamaged during shipping, we will issue store credit (**Note: For international orders, any customs fees charged to us will be deducted from the total refund amount.).

**When placing your order, you accept these terms and acknowledge that your product selection corresponds to your needs.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM(S)

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order, however mistakes can occur from time to time. While we also do our best to ensure quality products, sometimes there are issues with the manufacturers.  Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect or defective item. Please provide us with images and we will investigate the situation to determine whether to send a replacement or issue a refund.

To begin the process, kindly send a request through hello@classiquesupply.com or our live chatbox within 10 days of receiving the product with the following information:

  • your order number
  • your full name
  • the name of the product
  • the nature of the defect or incorrect item
  • a picture of the product with its original packaging

**Please note that the process may take up to 10 days. Once we have evaluated and approved, we will issue you store credit or ship a replacement.
